France Clinch 14th Title After Defeated Saudi Arabia In The Final
16.06 France youth U20 clinched their 14th title for 2025 Maurice Revello tournament title in their home ground after defeated Asian Saudi Arabia U23 yesterday during the final round of the event. Dehmaine Assoumani opened the goal scoring at the early 1st min to let France lead with 1-0. Then, Cercle Brugge KSV Club's Steve Ngoura scored the 2nd goals for France through penalty shoot out before end of 1st half. After whistle blown, France continue with their attacking and being awarded with another penalty then netted via Steve Ngoura again to let French side to lead over Saudi Arabia with 3-0. Saudi Arabia only goal came at the injury time before game end which scored by Mohd Abdulrahman. The game ended with 3-1. For the 3rd and 4th placement, Denmark defeated Mexico with 2-1 to clinch the 3rd place. On the other hand, Japan lose 2-3 to Mali to clinch the 6th place of the tournament. Steve Ngoura also received his Golden Boot of the tournament after top the goal scorers of the tournament with total 5 goals, while Abdullah Radif won the runner up with total 4 goals.
