This year the event take place at Phnom Penh, Cambodia from Feb 17 until 26, 2019.
Total 11 teams being participated in this event and divided into Group A and B respectively.
Group A - Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand and Timor Leste
Group B- Cambodia, Myanmar, Malaysia and Indonesia
Group A, Vietnam will start kick off for the event against Philippines for the Group A game and then follow by Thailand against the Timor Leste.
Group B 1st and 2nd matches will be Myanmar versus Indonesia while on the other hand the host Cambodia play against with Malaysia.
